Brain Mapping

A performance snapshot of your brain.

qEEG technology measures patterns of electrical activity, giving you a personalized baseline for understanding how your nervous system is operating.

By measuring brainwave activity across different regions and states, we uncover patterns that add context to how you focus, handle stress, and self-regulate.

How it works

A wearable cap uses non-invasive electrodes to record electrical brain activity.
A short 5-15 minute recording captures activity across four regions the brain
Our neuroscience team analyzes patterns and translates meaningful findings.

Beyond the metrics

Brain activity becomes more meaningful when we understand how it connects to the way you think, feel, perform and recover in daily life.

stress and reactivity insight

Stress + reactivity

Explore how your system responds under pressure + demand, including patterns related to arousal, reactivity + your ability to shift out of activated states.

emotional regulation insight

Emotional regulation

Explore how you experience + process emotion, including patterns related to intensity, rumination + your ability to regain perspective after activation.

cognitive function insight

Cognition + focus

Explore how you direct + manage mental energy, including patterns related to attention, cognitive processing + your ability to focus, filter distractions + shift between tasks.

Sleep + recovery

Explore how effectively your system restores, including patterns related to arousal + recovery alongside sleep quality, fatigue + your ability to transition from sustained demand into rest.

Your brain is unique

Two people can feel the same – distracted, mentally exhausted, unable to switch off – and show very different patterns of brain activity.

And two people with different lifestyles, strengths, and challenges may share features within their EEG.

That’s why we look at your individual patterns and interpret them alongside you – your habits, insights, and lived experience.

For many people, this is where the “aha” moment happens – when something they’ve felt for years becomes visible, giving them new language for their patterns and a clearer roadmap for how to train them.

Observation without Diagnosis

At Santaia, brain mapping:

This assessment reflects functional states that are dynamic, adaptive, and trainable.

Surfacing patterns that are often invisible in daily life brings clarity to what we often sense but struggle to fully explain.

brain awareness is non-diagnostic and for pattern recognition

Measure what changed

At Santaia, you’ll meet with a neuroscientist-led team that has experience mapping and training over 1,000 brains across different profiles.

Using your baseline qEEG brain map, we customize a training program that is unique to your needs, goals, and ongoing progress.

At the end of 8 weeks, we reassess to identify meaningful changes in your brain activity and understand how your patterns have shifted over time.
